Of all the alternatives available for New Jersey storage companies it was my total luck to stumble upon one of the best at a time when I was in desperate need of help with a disaster I’d recently experienced. The short story is that after having been away for a few days on a weekend trip, I returned home to find myself facing a plumbing leak that had done some serious damage to my home. All that was sufficient to make me curious but it was their customer service that convinced me to go with them.

I dialed the number listed on the website and reached a customer service agent with no problem. I described what had happened and she let me talk without interruption. When I reached the end of my tale of woe she assured me that she could help me and then began to outline possible options that let me know that she’d been listening carefully to every word I said and had a good understanding of what I needed to see happen.

We spent quite a bit of time on the phone and not once did I feel rushed or pressured to choose an option that didn’t completely fit with what I needed.
